So FR is a charring fibre that will not melt unlike some Polyester fibres and has permanent FR properties that are inherent with no need for chemical treatments, making So FR a more environmentally greener fibre.

So FR achieves Oeko-tex Standard 100 and is suitable for all nonwoven manufacturing technologies. It is also an ideal blending fibre that can be blended with Kanecaron modacrylic fibres, polyesters, cotton and other cellulosic fibres to achieve most FR Standards.

So FR is also available in dope dyed black to minimise your processing stages and ultimately minimising your production and unit costs.

Available in various d’tex and cut lengths, So FR and can achieve most E.U. and U.S. flame retardant standards.
